The original reason for purchasing this bike was to have the arm exercise handlebars, which is a great feature! They allow me to build upper body strength while pedalling, making my workouts more efficient. The resistance level of the arms is adjustable, perfect for customising the intensity of my workout.

As someone living with chronic back pain, I was super hesitant to buy any exercise equipment. But this HARISON recumbent bike has truly been one of the best choices I’ve made for my health in a long time.
I use it 3-4 times a week, usually in the evenings with a glass of water on the side table and a podcast playing on my phone. The phone holder on the bike is solid and keeps my screen at a perfect viewing angle. I was worried about discomfort during longer rides, but the seat and back support are really excellent. I can pedal for 35-40 minutes without feeling achy afterward.
I’ve gradually upped the resistance levels and can tell my legs are getting stronger. The arm exercisers are a nice extra—I don’t use them every time, but they’re great when I want to get my upper body in on the workout too.

Used by three different family members with the adjustable seat and pedalling tension. Verified that the apps work but get all I need fro onboard display. Smooth and quiet. Ranging in weight from 200 lb 6 ft downward it handles the load just fine. Easy to assemble and move, good looking.
