I tried out the resistance levels, and as an old man, I’m really impressed with how smooth the magnetic setting is. It’s exactly what I was looking for, and you can adjust the resistance to suit your own needs. The handles are pretty thick so that I can hold on tight Still, it’s nice to know I can switch to the elliptical feature whenever I’m ready. There are small wheels on the bottom of this machine, so I can easily lift and move it around.
