This little gadget is great for circulation. It fits well under the desk and it super easy to use. It doesn’t have a lot of resistance so don’t expect to get a “workout” in if your legs are already healthy, but circulation is still really important, especially if you sit all day. It feels like a good quality piece of equipment, I will update my review if I figure out otherwise.
