   Apps are free! Blown away at this product for the price
   I’m 325lb and the seat is uncomfortable but the machine itself is SOLID. only got it yesterday but I’ve got 15 miles on it already and 1.5 hours. The apps are free to use, unlike what others have mentioned you do not need to pay for the apps. But you can if you want more features. Kinomap I recommend. Set your own goals build your own workouts and it’s completely free! ZERO noise from it. I can watch tv at normal volume with no issues at all. Height covers everyone in my family. It took 10 minutes to setup the entire thing and feel very confident about it. Very easy to assemble. I can’t speak highly enough of it for it’s value. Glad I didn’t sit back on it and just got it

   Received it this afternoon. Easy to assemble and fun to ride. Quality feeling from the word go. Lots of adjustments for any size and weight too. Only improvements should be BIGGER wheels up front to move it without scratching the floor.

   The HARISON X12 is exactly what I needed for my home workouts. The ride is smooth and whisper-quiet, which is perfect since I like to exercise early in the morning without waking anyone. The resistance levels are easy to adjust and give me a solid workout every time. Plus, the bike feels super sturdy—even during intense sessions. Highly recommend!

   I’ve been using the X12 for a few weeks now and I’m really happy with it. It was easy to assemble, and I love the sleek design—it doesn’t take up too much space. The seat is adjustable and pretty comfortable, and the tablet holder is a nice bonus. Great for casual rides or more intense training.
