The overall design is great except for the height of the pedals. I purchased this for my mother who has CHF but also has a mobility issue with her right knee. The pedal hight versus the radius is too long so I have an expensive dust collector. I don’t have the original box because of getting everything unboxed. The Styrofoam pieces inside were pulverized and made a huge mess. No way possible to tear it all apart and rebox for a refund so I am sending caution to all considering this well made equipment. It is super sturdy justake sure you can definitely pedal this bike before purchasing it. My brother assembled the bike with ease but he took his time making sure to follow the manual. He did not have the first minute of trouble with it. From what little bit he pedaled it the sound was whisper quiet and very solid.
