A lifesaver for my sore back—so effective, I can’t say enough good things.

It says assembly requires 2 people, but I managed to put it together alone in just 45 minutes. It’s super sturdy—no wobbling at all—and the safety pin can also work as a lock when it’s stored. It has multiple inversion angles, so you can start slow without going fully upside down. The memory foam cushion makes it nice and comfy to use.

I hesitated to splurge on this inversion table, but after dealing with chronic back pain for years, I decided it was worth the upgrade—and I’m so glad I did. Unlike cheaper models I tried before, this one feels solid and well-made, like it will last for years.
Assembly had a few tricky moments, but the included video tutorial cleared things up fast. Moving it is easy thanks to the wheels, and it doesn’t take up too much space when stored. The height adjustment was spot-on for me
The ankle restraints are padded and comfortable, no more pinching like with cheaper versions. The safety pin is easy to insert once you get the hang of it, and it makes me feel totally secure while inverted. The memory foam table is soft but supportive, and I’ve noticed a huge difference in my back stiffness after just a week of use.

This inversion table was a bit pricier than others I considered, but the quality is far superior. I’m new to inversion therapy, so I was nervous about assembly and use, but both were much easier than I anticipated.
The parts were organized neatly, and the instructions were clear—no jargon or confusing diagrams. The machine is heavy enough to feel stable but light enough for me (a 130lb woman) to move around my living room. The height adjustment was intuitive; I’m 5-2, and it fit me perfectly on the first try.
The memory foam table is incredibly comfortable, even for longer inversion sessions. The ankle restraints are easy to adjust, and the safety pin is a great added feature—I never feel worried about slipping. I was worried I’d struggle to get in and out of the inverted position, but it’s surprisingly smooth and easy.

I bought this for back pain relief. I haven’t been able to pop my back for probably 15 years. I was scared of the reviews stating that it was only for people with a max weight of 220lbs. I didn’t see anything stating that in my user manual, or on the stickers labeled on the machine. I weigh roughly 315lbs, and I was able to invert easily to the max angle. Upon doing so I felt a pop in my back that relieved some tension. It only felt like one pop, so I’m going to just keep trying every day and see if eventually the entire back will pop. Me and my wife are trying to get healthy and lose weight. It is hard with back pain to do so, therefore we bought this to help.
One recommendation from me for people assembling this would be to assemble the base loosely first. Once the base, left and right frames, and base connectors are attached then tighten all nuts and bolts snugly using the tools. I originally had tightened the nuts and bolts on the left and right frames (Step One) and then the base connectors had mating clearance issues that were going to stress the welds to get bolted on (Step Two). Follow Step 1 and Step 2 but don’t tighten anything until all fasteners are threaded in by hand. If you do this, the pieces fit together without stressing any joints or welds on the frames, and base connectors. Doing this will also prevent damaging threads and fasteners. The rest of the steps won’t matter as you will not have any mating clearance issues past assembling the base frames. Hopefully this helps someone out there when assembling.

Bought this to replace a much less expensive table with a net backing. I love this one. It is easy to change the height for different persons. Can tilt completely perpendicular to the floor. Took two people to put together. Not certain this woman could have tightened the screws enough by hand. Very happy with this table.

I’m a big guy and was always afraid what an inversion table would be like. My wife wanted one so I found this one that would support my size. It works great. The install directions were easy and they provided tools which were nice. It does take a bit of space as it is very sturdy and so it does not fold. It’s not an issue but I’m just tossing that out there. This has the option to go straight up and down, but I’m just fine with the 40% incline. My neck while upside-down with a little effort snaps back into alignment which is awsome. I could never “crack” my neck before, too much pressure. Upside-down it’s easier and now there are fewer crunchy noises which I usually have to pay the doctor to get. So added bonus. We enjoyed this purchase, hope you will too.

I’ve had low back pain off and on for years (no injury). The past few months I started experiencing a pinching sensation in my left lower back in addition to the generalized back pain. I’ve had this inversion table for 9 days, I’ve used it 7 of those days for 5 mins each day (40-60% tilt). I have ZERO pain today. I have ZERO pain after my 12 hour shifts. I have ZERO pain during/after exercising. I have ZERO regrets making this purchase.

This product is of high quality and very, very easy to assemble. The assembly was made easy because everything was marked clearly. Not one problem during assembly and all parts were intact. I used it the first time and forgot to screw the pin all the way in so I was totally inverted. Make sure you have someone with you the first time in case you can’t get back up. I was able to get back up without a problem. I felt the pressure off my lower back after first use and I have a severe sciatica problem. I’m very happy with my investment.
